Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Tuckaway, made by Handler Labs LLC. By using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms add to it.

What Tuckaway is

Tuckaway is a manual budgeting tool. You enter your own figures and the app helps you plan with envelopes. Tuckaway does not connect to your bank, move money, or process payments.

Not financial advice

Tuckaway is for planning only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

Your data is yours

Your budget data stays on your device and, if you turn on sync, in your own iCloud. You can export or delete it at any time. We do not hold it hostage.

Subscriptions

Premium is available monthly, yearly, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Apple processes all purchases. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and any free trial is disclosed before you start it. The basics are free and stay free.

No warranty

Tuckaway is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be error free. Check important figures yourself.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Handler Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Tuckaway.
